Enchanted Expressions: Online Policy
PLACING ONLINE ORDER
Please review your order carefully before you submit it. If you have any questions about how to enter an order please call or email us before you place the order. We are not able to screen or check every individual order as some go into automatic production. You are responsible for the job if you provide incorrect or incomplete information.
Changes to Custom Orders - Once a custom order is placed, changes are not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for changes if possible. You can contact us by phone at 954-349-9222 during office hours or by email at enchanted@bellsouth.net

PRODUCTION TIME
Timelines for custom books are 3-4 months. Semi custom books are 7-8 weeks. We suggest ordering early avoiding holiday and other seasonal delays. We are happy to rush your order if possible. Additional charges will apply.
We try very hard to produce items as per the timetable shown online. During busy seasons there may be a slight delay. If there is something you need on a specific date we suggest you email or call us to ensure that we can accommodate your request. We are not responsible for delays due to any circumstance.
Typically, semi custom books take 7-8 weeks and fully custom books take 3-4 months. If you order earlier than that, they may take longer. Books are produced based on the event date and normally ship out about 2 weeks before the event.

PROOFS
We will send you a proof for the fully custom sign in book. If there are no errors on the proof but you decide you want to change something about the order after seeing the proof there would be a resetting fee to be quoted and then the job would be completed. Multiple proofs do incur additional fees. Once the proof is signed off by you, the book will be created.
Please note: Sign in books are of the artist's rendition of your questionnaire. Our artist will use their interpretation to create a custom book for you.

RETURNS
There are absolutely no returns, credits or exchanges on personalized items.

DAMAGE
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately, using the contact information provided on this website.
Any damage must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. No replacements or credits will be given after this period.

You must retain the original packaging to show proof of damage. We will schedule the inspection with the carrier and they have four weeks to schedule an inspection if necessary.
